MCP server
Use the scraper from Claude and other AI assistants.
The Model Context Protocol lets an AI assistant call tools. Ours is at https://<api>/mcp (Streamable HTTP) and authenticates with an API key. Everything it does is billed and logged like any request.
Install
Claude Code:
claude mcp add --transport http scrape-engine https://<api>/mcp --header "Authorization: Bearer sk_…"Any client with a JSON config (Cursor, Claude Desktop through a bridge…):
{ "mcpServers": { "scrape-engine": { "type": "http", "url": "https://<api>/mcp", "headers": { "Authorization": "Bearer sk_…" } } } }Give the assistant its own key, with an expiry: deleting it cuts access at once.
API keys allow 60 requests a minute (1,000 for admin accounts); over that, the server answers 429.
