Terms of sale

These terms apply to every purchase on Scrape Engine from [Company name], [Registered address], [RCS city and number / SIREN]. They complete the terms of service.

What’s sold

• Credit packs: a one-off payment for a number of credits, which never expire while your account exists.
• Subscriptions (Go, Pro, Scale): a monthly or yearly payment granting credits for each period, plus the plan’s limits and perks listed on the pricing page. Yearly plans grant twelve months of credits at once.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros; VAT applies according to your country and status. Payment is by card through Stripe, at order time for packs and at the start of each period for subscriptions. An invoice is issued for each payment and available from your billing page.

Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal: the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid, then stops; no partial refund.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU normally have 14 days to withdraw. Credits are digital content supplied at once: by buying, you ask for them to be available immediately and acknowledge you lose the right of withdrawal once you start using them. Unused credits from a purchase made less than 14 days ago are refunded on request.

Failed payments

If a renewal fails, Stripe retries for a few days; without payment, the subscription ends and its perks with it. Credits already granted stay on your balance.

Complaints and disputes

Write to [contact@yourdomain]. Consumers may also use a consumer mediator [name and website of the mediator] free of charge, or the EU online dispute resolution platform. French law applies; disputes go to the [City] courts, subject to mandatory consumer rules.
